Welcome to Verdé. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Verdé Vegetarian Diet Dashboard (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos and provide nutrition recommendations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by Verdé and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accurate. Nutrition information provided by AI is for informational purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verdé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
